Issue Description: Users may have been unable to save meeting options when organizing meetings in Microsoft Teams desktop and web clients.

More info: All meeting options were affected, including:
-Allowing mic for attendees
-Allowing camera for attendees
-Allowing recording and transcription

Users could have avoided this issue by editing attendee settings after the meeting was created or creating the meeting in Outlook.

Final Update: 30/09/2024 08:53:00 AM –  Microsoft have completed the deployment of the solution to all affected regions and after monitoring the service, they have verified that this action has successfully resolved the issue.
