Issue Description: Some users may be unable to intermittently hear transmissions in the Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie app.
More info: To bypass this issue, users may have been able to disconnect and reconnect to the Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie app for relief.
Final Update: 15/08/2024 08:47:00 AM – Microsoft’s have completed deploying the code fix and confirmed with internal testing that the impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Impact may occur intermittently for some users that are attempting to hear transmission in the Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie app.
Root cause: Root cause: A recent third-party change to the file-based delivery API, which has been deprecated, resulted in impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are investigating the third-party change to the file-based delivery API to further their understanding of how impact occurred, and to prevent similar issues in future updates.
