Issue Description: Some users may be intermittently unable to open and view meeting details in Microsoft Teams on iOS.

Final Update: 05/08/2024 16:55:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that a recent feature update, which improved the prefetching of meeting details for Microsoft Teams on iOS, was the cause of impact. They have reverted the update and confirmed with affected users that impact is resolved impact has been remediated a remediation plan.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to open and view meeting details in Microsoft Teams on iOS may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent feature update, which improved the prefetching of meeting details for Microsoft Teams on iOS, was causing impact to users.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their policies on quality control for updates to implement improvements and prevent similar impact in the future for users of Microsoft Teams on iOS.
