Issue Description: Users may be intermittently unable to log into Microsoft Teams using the iOS application.

Final Update: 28/08/2024 08:30:00 AM –After reconfiguring authorization token settings and monitoring the recovery of Microsoft Teams for iOS users, Microsoft have confirmed that impact is resolved for all affected users.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: An influx of users traffic was inhibiting the functionality of an authorization token, which facilitates authentication between users and the Microsoft Teams service, and causing the impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their validation processes when updating the Microsoft Teams authorization token settings so they can reduce or prevent future occurrences of impact moving forward.
