Issue Description: Users in the Europe region may be unable to use or install any third-party applications within Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 13/11/2024 08:50:00 AM – Microsoft have identified that a section of infrastructure that facilitates third-party applications in Microsoft Teams was performing below acceptable performance thresholds. They have rerouted user traffic to alternate infrastructure and confirmed through their service telemetry that impact has been remediated..

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure in the Europe region attempting to use third-party applications within Microsoft Teams.

Root Cause: A section of infrastructure that facilitates third-party applications in Microsoft Teams was performing below acceptable performance thresholds.
