Issue Description: Users may be unable to send audio transmissions via the Walkie Talkie app.

Final Update: 11/07/2024 09:07:00 AM – Microsoft completed reverting the offending update and confirmed with monitoring internal telemetry that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are located in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the United Kingdom.

Root cause: A recent service update resulted in a compatibility issue that prevented users from sending audio transmissions on the Walkie Talkie app.
