Issue Description: User’s Microsoft Power Automate workflows with email replies configured may be unable to send email messages.

More info: This issue is specific to workflows that leverage Microsoft Graph API and use reply To in the /send Mail function.

Final Update: 22/08/2024 08:41:00 AM – After testing with affected users, Microsoft have confirmed that their fix deployment has addressed the code regression, and that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users Microsoft Power Automate workflows with email replies configured that leverage Microsoft Graph API and use reply To in the/send Mail function may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent service update to Microsoft Graph API contains a code regression that is preventing the /reply To feature from functioning properly and resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are further analyzing the offending service update so they can better identify similar issues during our pre-deployment testing and validation processes.
