Issue Description: Some admins may experience failures accessing multiple Microsoft Intune services and features.

Final Update: 06/12/2024 08:15:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that a portion of service infrastructure responsible for accessing the Microsoft Intune services was operating below acceptable thresholds and resulted in impact. They’ve rerouted traffic to alternate healthy infrastructure, and confirmed with monitoring internal telemetry that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Some admins who were attempting to access various Microsoft Intune services and features may have been impacted.

Root cause: A portion of service infrastructure responsible for accessing the Microsoft Intune services was operating below acceptable thresholds and resulted in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the impacted portion of service infrastructure to understand what caused it to operate below acceptable thresholds, and to prevent similar issues from reoccurring.
