Issue Description: Admins may be intermittently unable to provision new devices to Microsoft Intune.
Current Update: 27/09/2024 09:10:00 AM – Microsoft’s internal service telemetry has confirmed that their restarting of system services on the affected service infrastructure has successfully remediated the impact.
Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure attempting to provision new devices to Microsoft Intune.
Root cause: A subset of service infrastructure that helps provision new devices for Microsoft Intune has dropped below our manageable service performance thresholds, resulting in impact.
Next steps : Microsoft are further analyzing the affected subset of service infrastructure to better understand the source for the lower-than-expected performance levels, and so they can help prevent similar issues in the future.
