Issue Description: Some users may be unable to book appointments in Microsoft Bookings.
Current Update: 05/03/2025 08:53:00 AM – After further investigating the HAR trace logs, Microsoft have determined that a recent code change made to the Microsoft Bookings service mailbox caused the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) extraction from Bookings page URL to return malformed. Their aforementioned two permanent fixes are currently still deploying to the affected environments, and in the meantime, they have disabled the problematic code change to quickly address the impact while their solutions finish deploying. They have received feedback from some users that disabling the change has restored the service functionality.

Next steps: Microsoft are continuing to oversee the deployment of their two permanent fixes to ensure they complete which will help prevent similar impact from reoccurring.
