Issue Description: Users may be unable to paste images into the body of email messages in Outlook on the web.

More info: Some affected users have reported that they may be able to bypass impact by using the CTRL + V keyboard shortcut to paste images into the body of email messages in Outlook on the web.

Final Update: 12/03/2024 09:25:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed through monitoring and previously affected user reports that impact was remediated.

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure who attempt to paste images into the main body of email messages may be impacted.

Next steps: To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing update release procedures to identify missing code before being deployed.
