Issue Description: Users assigned with the Security Reader role may be unable to run the Get-Quarantine Message cmdlet using PowerShell.

“Write-ErrorMessage : |System.Management.Automation.CommandNotFoundException|The term ”Get-QuarantinePolicy” is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function,
script file, or operable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.”

Final Update: 20/12/2024 08:50:00 AM Microsoft have determined that a recent update introduced a compatibility issue that prevented users assigned the Security Reader role from running the Get-Quarantine Message cmdlet using PowerShell. They have reverted the offending update and confirmed with monitoring telemetry that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user assigned the Security Reader role attempting to run the Get-Quarantine Message cmdlet using PowerShell may have been affected.

Root cause: A recent update introduced a compatibility issue that prevented users assigned the Security Reader role from running the Get-Quarantine Message cmdlet using PowerShell.
