Issue Description: Users’ Outlook on the web shared mailboxes aren’t automatically refreshing.

Final Update: 30/07/2024 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed the fix has fully saturated across the entirety of the affected environment, and that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user expecting their Outlook on the web shared mailboxes to automatically refresh may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent scheduled update to Outlook on the web authentication components contains a change which is inadvertently resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
