Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may not be receiving push notifications for new email messages in the Outlook mobile app.

Current Update: 24/12/2024 08:15:00 AM Microsoft have confirmed that the deployment of the targeted code fix completed and validated with internal testing that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: A subset of users utilizing the Outlook mobile app are impacted by this event.

Root cause: A recent service update produced an impacting issue for a subset of data processing service infrastructure, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the service update to understand how the code issue was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in our update testing and validation procedures, which will allow them to prevent similar issues in future updates.
