Issue Description: Users are intermittently unable to play apps containing SVG icons in Microsoft Power Apps.
More info: While Microsoft are focused on remediation, users may be able to avoid impact by launching their apps in Power Apps Studio version 3.24112.13 or earlier as a workaround.
Final Update: 19/12/2024 08:43:00 AM – The aforementioned fix to correct the code regression has completed deployment, and Microsoft have completed confirmed through service health telemetry that impact is remediated.

Root cause: A recent service update intended to improve a portion of product code associated with URL handling contained a code regression resulting in impact.
