Issue Status: Planned Maintenance – Service unavailable

User impact: The Knox Manage server infrastructure is planned to be unavailable at the following times:

Planned Start : April 13, 2024 2:00AM GMT

Expected End : April 13, 2024 12:00PM GMT

Affected Infrastructure : Europe

During this period, any activity that requires server infrastructure will be temporarily restricted, such as enrolling devices and configuring profiles or applications from the Admin Console.

The operation of Knox Manage Agents will not be affected; the profiles that are already applied will work as usual.
