Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby some users maybe unable to access SharePoint. Users may receive a “503 Service Unavailable” message.

Final Update: 08/04/2025 10:30:00 AM – Engineers have now resolved the issue that was preventing users from accessing NHS.net SharePoint sites. The issue was caused by an unexpected outcome of a change that was applied to the platform to enhance user functionality. A full root cause analysis will now be undertaken.
