Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are aware of an issue preventing end users from accessing and using the NHSmail Portal. Users may be presented with an error message when clicking the login button on the Portal homepage.
Final Update: 25/09/2024 23:30:00 PM – Engineers have identified the issue that was causing users to be unable to log in to the NHSmail Portal and have performed the necessary remedial action which has now resolved the issue. No further issues have been observed.
