Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are aware of some users experiencing issues whereby emails are not being sent from nhs.net accounts to external domains.
Final Update: 30/07/2024 16:15:00 PM – The Accenture team have continued to monitor email flow throughout the day with no further issues observed. Further investigations into the root cause of the issue are ongoing with the Trend Micro supplier.
