Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We have been made aware that a small subset of users may be experiencing issues when sending mails into the nhs.net platform. We are investigating with the limited information that has been received but would be grateful for any organisation that is experiencing this issue to raise a ticket and make sure as much detail as possible is provided. Please include any error message received, the number of mails impacted, when the issue may have started, etc.
Final Update: 05/07/2024 17:00:00 PM – Following an extended period of monitoring, we have confirmed that impacted organisations are able to send mails to nhs.net without further incident. This Master Ticket has now been closed following the action taken on the evening of 04/07 which rectified the issue.
