Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue that is causing some emails to be delayed. Emails impacted are from external domains sending mail into the nhs.net domain.

Final Update: 02/07/2024 22:30:00 PM – The Accenture team have continued to monitor incoming email traffic throughout the day and evening with no issues identified. Emails sent from an external domain to an nhs.net account prior to 19:00 on the 01/07/2024 have all been processed successfully by the Trend Micro Cloud Pre-filter. Further monitoring by the Accenture team will continue throughout the night and the remainder of the week to ensure no further delays are observed regarding email delivery.
