Issue Description: Users are unable to access the Microsoft Planner service.
Final Update: 12/02/2024 15:30:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed after an extended period of monitoring, that the rollback is complete and the issue has been resolved.
Scope of impact: This issue may impact the availability of some items when users perform content searches in SharePoint Online.
Root cause: A recent change intended to reduce overall CPU usage, unexpectedly resulted in impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their deployment procedures to help prevent similar problems in the future.
