Issue Description: Users may be unable to see video in the new Microsoft Teams on Windows devices.

More info: The impact is specific to Windows devices that are running on some Windows versions, such as versions N and KN, where a specific Windows media component (mfplat.dll) isn’t present. Affected users may see no video where the video is supposed to be displayed.

Final Update: 21/05/2024 09:00:00 AM Microsoft have completed deployment of the fix to the impacted service environments, and their service health telemetry has confirmed that impact is remediated.
