Issue Description: Users may see a blank Files tab for newly created channels in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Affected users may also be unable to attach files from their PC or Super picker in channel posts.

Final Update: 04/03/2024 08:54:00 AM – Microsoft identified a recent authorization configuration change that affected access to the Files tab in Microsoft Teams that was causing impact. They reverted the change and validated through their internal testing and with some of the affected users that the impact was remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root Cause: A recent authorization configuration change caused impact with the Files tab in Microsoft Teams.
