Issue Description: Users may be unable to search in their Exchange Online group mailboxes in Outlook for Mac.

Final Update: 04/03/2024 08:56:00 AM – The investigation is complete and Microsoft have determined the service is healthy. A service incident didn’t actually occur.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to search in their group mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook for Mac.
