Final Update: 18/01/2024 09:10:00 AM – The rollback of the offending service update deployment has completed. Following the rollback, Microsoft have confirmed via service diagnostic that users can now use Copilot when creating or editing canvas apps, mitigating impact.

Root cause: A recent service update deployment introduced a compatibility issue with underlying language models, leading to impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
