Issue Description: Admins may be unable to create a DDG using the Exchange admin center.

Final Update: 15/01/2024 08:46:00 AM – Microsoft received confirmation from some admins who initially reported the issue that their efforts of reverting the offending update were successful, and the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Some admins attempting to create a DDG using the Exchange admin center may be impacted.

Root Cause: A recent service update to the Exchange Online API configuration contains a code regression that’s preventing admins from creating DDGs in the Exchange admin center

Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the service update to understand how the code regression was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in their update testing and validation procedures, which will allow them to prevent similar issues in future updates.
