Information – New Account Creation – RESOLVED

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of a transient issue which resulted in an inability to create new accounts for a brief period yesterday afternoon. Engineers are investigating to determine whether any logging analytics will shine a light on the root cause to prevent recurrence, however, we have confirmed that all is working as expected today and the process is functioning in the usual way. If you tried to create a new account yesterday and received an error message stating “The user could not be created”, we would advise you try again today and raise a ticket should you encounter any unexpected behaviour.
