Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an intermittent issue that appears to be causing Portal slowness when searching for individuals in the User Management page and retrieving their User Details once the search has completed. This issue has been identified through internal monitoring at approximately 11:26am and is being investigated as a priority.

Current Update: 11/01/2024 17:00:00 PM – Despite extensive investigation, engineers have been unable to identify the root cause to the Portal slowness identified late this morning. Engineers completed remediation steps at the time of the incident to mitigate the slowness by restarting services on our infrastructure and removing redundant connections to the Portal database; this appears to have resolved the issue and no further recurrence has been seen. This incident is now closed.
