Harbourne Portal Release – SP Capacity Issue – RESOLVED

25/01/2024 12:30:00 PM

Please be aware, an issue has been identified as a result of the Harbourne Portal Release deployed yesterday evening. As a result of the issue identified, SharePoint storage allocations are not being correctly calculated and the Portal will prevent LAs from creating new SharePoint sites because it believes that the organisational storage quota has already been used up. This will also impact SharePoint admin activities such as updating the description, updating the site quota, changing the site owner, etc., where the organisation is showing as having exceeded their overall SharePoint quota.

Engineers have identified a fix for the issue and are working through the available options to rectify this issue as soon as possible. We are hoping to have this fixed by tomorrow morning but, as always, timelines are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. We will provide a further update later this afternoon.

Final Update: 26/01/2024 09:28:00 AM – Engineers deployed a fix late last night and subsequent testing has returned positive results. If you continue to see issues, please raise a ticket with the helpdesk via the below routes.

Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we worked to mitigate this issue.
