Final Update: 23/01/2024 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed the fix has finished deploying and impact is no longer occurring after a period of monitoring.

Root cause: A recent configuration change for caller ID in Microsoft Teams is preventing caller ID from showing for incoming PSTN calls.
