Issue Description: Some users may not be able to access many internal and external URLs in email due to Safelinks error.

More info: Users can bypass impact by disabling Safelight until the fix has been fully deployed

Final Update: 06/12/2023 08:54:00 AM – Microsoft completed their deployment of the fix and confirmed that impact was successfully remediated.

Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure may not be able to access many internal and external URLs in email due to Safelinks error.

Root cause: A recent server migration has introduced an issue where the affected server infrastructure is not retrieving the updated key, causing it to return the error.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their migration procedures to better prevent similar future impact.
