Issue Status: FALSE POSITIVE

Issue Description: Users may be unable to sign in or out of call queues within the Microsoft Teams service.

Final Update: 21/11/2023 09:24:00 AM – Microsoft reviewed their service telemetry and were unable to identify any service failures. Their investigation determined that the service is healthy. A service incident didn’t actually occur.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
