Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access one or more Microsoft 365 services.

Final Update: 27/10/2023 15:22:00 PM – Microsoft are identified that repair work on a network component for an unrelated issue, unexpectedly caused network failures to occur in the Sweden region. They have rerouted network traffic and confirmed via monitoring that the network has returned to normal health.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure in Sweden.
