Issue Description : Users may be unable to open .MSG files that contain specific character codes in OneDrive for Business.
More info : Affected users see the following error message: “Hmm… looks like this file doesn’t have a preview we can show you.”
Users can bypass the issue by downloading and opening affected .MSG files in Outlook.
Final Update : 31/10/2023 08:30:00 AM – The fix deployment has successfully saturated within the affected infrastructure and Microsoft have confirmed with your representatives that impact has been remediated.
