Issue Description : Users may be unable to share content in Microsoft Teams meetings with PowerPoint Live.

More info : Affected users may encounter impact in both the desktop and web clients.

Final Update : 11/09/2023 09:23:00 AM – Microsoft identified that a section of infrastructure, responsible for facilitating user content sharing requests within PowerPoint Live, encountered an unexpected networking-related issue which caused impact. They have taken the affected infrastructure out of rotation and redirected user traffic, which after a period of monitoring was successful in remediating impact.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root Cause : A section of infrastructure, responsible for facilitating user content sharing requests within PowerPoint Live, encountered an unexpected networking-related issue which caused impact.
