Issue Description : Users may see delays syncing any change from Microsoft Entra ID to multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Final Update : 27/09/2023 08:56:00 AM The backlog of delays has completed draining and resolved impact.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause : A recent service update, intended to improve general data integrity, has inadvertently caused synchronization issues between Microsoft Entra ID and multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Next steps : Microsoft are investigating further into the recent service update to better understand how it caused synchronization issues so they can prevent and avoid similar issues from occurring in the future.
