Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : Users may be unable to view results of default vertical ‘All’ searches in any Microsoft 365 service.

Final Update : 21/09/2023 08:55:00 AM – Microsoft reverted the offending change and confirmed that impact has been remediated after receiving confirmation from affected users.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause : A recent standard service update inadvertently contained a code regression, which resulted in an unexpected impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during the development and testing cycles.
