Issue Description : Users may be unable to access your environment.

Final Update : 29/09/2023 08:47:00 AM – Microsoft have completed the configuration changes and confirmed via diagnostic review that access has been restored.

Root cause : A recent deployment contained a misconfiguration.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during the development and testing cycles.
