Issue Description : Users may be unable to perform the ‘Save As’ operation in Microsoft Power Apps Studio versions 3.23081.12 and 3.23082.8.

More info : Impacted users may receive the error:

“The application already exists and cannot be newly created via the POST operation. Please specify a different name or use PUT to update the existing application.”
