Issue Description : Users may have been unable to clock-in using the Microsoft Teams Shifts application.

Final Update : 09/08/2023 16:03:00 PM – Microsoft determined that a recent service update, intended to fix an unrelated issue, inadvertently contained a code regression which resulted in users being unable to clock-in. They have reverted the offending change and confirmed that impact has been remediated after a period of monitoring service telemetry.

Scope of impact : Your organization was affected by this event, and some users attempting to clock-in using the Microsoft Teams Shifts application may have been impacted.

Root cause : A recent service update, intended to fix an unrelated issue, inadvertently contained a code regression which resulted in users being unable to clock-in.
