Issue Description : Users may be unable to view polls created using Scheduling Poll in the Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web.

More info : Users may encounter the error, “Your poll can’t be displayed right now.”

Final Update : 04/09/2023 08:25:00 AM Microsoft fully rolled out their updated configuration and confirmed through internal telemetry that impact is fully resolved.

Scope of impact : This issue may affect any user attempting to view created Scheduling Polls.

Root cause: A syncing issue resulting from a specific property missing in the code for a component utilized for authentication configuration within the Scheduling Poll feature is causing mismatched data to be passed between back-end service authentication components and is preventing users from being able to view polls as expected.

Next steps :
Microsoft are continuing to investigate the affected authentication component to gain further insight into the source of the issue and prevent similar impact in the future.
