Issue Description : Admins may be unable to retrieve user profile photos in Exchange Online.

More Info : Specifically, admins using the Get-UserPhoto cmdlet to retrieve users profile photos may be impacted.

As a workaround, affected admins may be able to use the following Microsoft Graph cmdlets to retrieve user or group profile photos:

Final Update : 01/09/2023 08:59:00 AM Microsoft confirmed that the offending change has been reverted and they have verified through their observation of service telemetry that this has remediated the issue.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause : An issue introduced with a recent feature update intended to add more folder customizability is causing erroneous handling of the Document Set icon, resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their traffic flow change processes so they can identify similar issues during the testing and development cycles and avoid comparable impact in the future.
