Issue Description : We are aware of an issue affecting the NHSmail Guide Chatbot whereby tickets raised using the Chatbot are not being correctly created in ServiceNow. Our engineering teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimise disruption to our end users, however, the NHSmail Guide will be unavailable until the issue is resolved.
Final Update: We are pleased to inform you that the NHSmail Guide Chatbot is now available for use following a period of downtime to resolve a temporary issue whereby tickets could not be raised to ServiceNow using the Chatbot.
