Issue Description : Users may experience intermittent performance issues with various Microsoft 365 services.

More info : The following services are impacted:

– Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service from Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP3) connection methods.

– Users may experience issues performing searches in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Viva Insights, and Microsoft Teams.

– Users may not see pages load in Viva Insights.

– Users may be unable to see updates made from the Outlook client within Microsoft Teams meeting chats, such as updates to the title or attendees.

Final Update : 27/06/2023 08:30:00 AM – Microsoft have restarted the remaining affected subset of service infrastructure and have confirmed through service health telemetry that the issue is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact : Some users that are attempting to use the various features and services outlined in the More info section may be impacted by this event.

Root cause : A network connectivity issue on portions of infrastructure that host the impacted Microsoft 365 services is resulting in the various impact scenarios outlined in the More Info section.

Next steps : Microsoft will continue to monitor network connectivity reports to ensure this issue doesn’t re-occur. They’re further evaluating network connectivity health on the portions of infrastructure impacted by this issue to better understand how we can prevent similar problems in the future.
