Information – Helpdesk Self-Service Login Issues

Some users may be facing issues with logging in to the Helpdesk Self-Service Portal. Please follow the below steps and ensure any saved credentials are discarded and you are not currently logged in via your NHS.net account.

1. Access the NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service Portal by clicking HERE.
2. Select the “User External Login” option at the bottom of the panel.
3. Enter your nhs.net account replacing nhs.net with @nhsmail2 for example, john.smith@nhs.net should be entered as john.smith@nhsmail2.
4. You should be redirected to the NHSmail login page where you can enter your NHSmail email address and password.
5. Once completed, the Help Desk Self-Service homepage should be displayed.
