Issue Description : Custom app icons cropped.

More Info : Published apps with a custom app icon will not display complete app icons.

Impact is limited to the following released versions for Power Apps:
3.2304.3
3.2304.4
3.2305.1
3.2305.2
3.2305.3

Final Update : 29/05/2023 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft have have completed deploying the hotfix to your environment and confirmed via diagnostics analysis and testing that this issue has been mitigated.

Root Cause : The 3.2304.3 service deployment introduced a regression that resulted in impact.

Next Steps : Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
