Issue Description : Users may be unable to load Class Notebooks within the Microsoft Teams web and desktop clients.
Final Update : 22/05/2023 09:02:00 AM – Microsoft deployed the fix to address the configuration issue, and confirmed with internal telemetry that the impact is remediated.
Scope of impact : Some users attempting to load Class Notebooks within the Microsoft Teams web and desktop clients may have been impacted.
Root cause : A section of infrastructure that facilitates access to the Class Notebooks within Microsoft Teams contains a network authentication configuration issue.
Next Steps : Microsoft is further reviewing the affected sections of infrastructure to understand how the network authentication configuration issue was introduced, to prevent similar issues from reoccurring.
