Issue Description : Users can’t start the 32-bit version of Power BI desktop client after the March 2023 update and see an error.

More Information : Users can check if they’re on the March 2023 update by validating if their desktop client version is 2.115.663.0. Users on versions 2.114.864.0 (February 2023 update) and below are unaffected..

Final Update : 24/04/2023 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft have completed their testing and validation of the secondary fix, and it is now included in Power BI version 2.116.884.0. Users need to download the latest version from the official Microsoft Download Center to resolve the issue. They’ve confirmed this remediates impact for the remaining affected users.
