Issue Description : Admins may be unable to edit or create an Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) profile for MacOS.
Final Update : 18/04/2023 17:30:00 PM – After a period of service monitoring, Microsoft have internally validated that their fix deployment has remediated the impact.
Scope of impact : Impact is specific to admins who are served through the affected infrastructure and attempting to edit or create an Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) profile for MacOS using Microsoft Intune.
Root cause : A recent service update contained a configuration change for Apple ADE profiles that is causing exceptions.
Next steps : Microsoft are further analyzing the offending service update to better understand why impact was produced and so they can help identify similar issues during their development and validation processes and before they can result in impact.
